Jenny joined MPA in July 2016 with little experience in the Financial Services Industry and took the decision to commence her apprenticeship with FWD Training & Consultancy Limited, in conjunction with the CII, through MPA in May 2017.

The apprenticeship saw Jenny not only completing her exams, but she also had to provide written evidence to support all aspects of her learning from knowledge of Financial Services to understanding clients.  She wrote an important piece on women & financial advice and the result of this will be used to help promote a better service to our female clients.

The feedback and grade awarded to Jenny is a true testament and reward for all her hard work and dedication which has seen her completing much of the work required in her free time outside of work -something that Jenny has welcomed.
