Over the last few years we have gone from a small provincial firm into one of the larger independent firms in the West Midlands. We manage nearly £550M in FUM with a target of achieving £1BN within the next 5 years. Administrator

Looking for someone who has experience of working in an IFA practice and is used to dealing with pensions and investments. They will ideally be at least Certificate level and have experience of Intelligent Office. They will be involved in processing pensions, investments, DB Transfers, investment bonds, VCTs and EIS to name a few.

The role will entail working on their own for two advisers processing new business and reviews. The two advisers deal with a lot of clients and being a self motivated self starter is ideal. They will be part of a larger team of 12 administrators and paraplanners with help and support throughout. We support all staff with taking qualifications including paying for exams, books, retakes and membership of the CII.

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
