In July, we welcomed Lily Chandler-Hussain to the MPA team, as a Client Service Associate.

Lily will support the growing team, helping to assist our Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) with providing information and advice to our clients, making sure they are utilising their finances to their full potential.

On her role at MPA Lily commented: “No two days are the same, supporting our advisers and paraplanners, helping to coordinate client meetings, manage documentation and, above all, ensuring every client has an outstanding experience.

“MPA is very family orientated and grounded in teamwork. This is something that made me want to be a part of the friendly team working together to deliver the best outcomes and highest standards of client care.”

Lily graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a BA (Hons) in Business and Management back in 2021. From there she began her career in financial planning as a Graduate Trainee at Berry & Oak in Leeds, before joining MPA’s office in Henley in Arden.

MPA’s Head of Operations & Strategy Joe McGovern DipPFS, added: “MPA’s focus is on positive client interaction and a continued emphasis on excellent service and satisfaction. Our Client Services team is the first port of call for our clients and Lily is already proving an asset to our expanding client base. It’s great to have her on the team.”

When she’s not supporting IFAs, Lily is a keen hockey player, with a passion for adventure and a love of going on holiday.
