We are pleased to announce that MPA, along with our appointed representatives Suckling Waddington and Partners (SWP), will be coming out to bat for Barnt Green Cricket Club this season following a new sponsorship agreement.

MPA and SWP are sponsoring Barnt Green Cricket Club, Senior Shirt

The agreement sees MPA and SWP become shirt sponsors of the Birmingham and District Premier League team, meaning that both our logos will be displayed on Barnt Green’s whites for the upcoming 2022 season. MPA will feature on the front of the shirt whilst SWP will appear on both sleeves.

MPA Managing Director Phil McGovern comments: “Clients and friends of both MPA and SWP will know that we are big cricket fans in the office, at all levels of the game. Our sponsorship of Barnt Green is the perfect opportunity to support a club that is close to our hearts and one that is a real asset to the game.”

The club has been the proving ground for numerous cricketers who have gone on to play County cricket and for England, so we are proud to have an association with the club.”

Barnt Green sits on the Warwickshire-Worcester border and has arguably one of the most picturesque grounds in our region. However, some of the facilities, such as the changing rooms and club house, need modernisation. The club is aiming to raise approximately £250,000 over the coming year to carry out the proposed renovations.

MPA and SWP’s sponsorship will go towards the new club house and will also be used to support the club in its day-to-day operations such as its thriving junior teams and four senior teams.
