As part of MPA’s client-first approach and ongoing commitment to delivering excellent service, we’re making some changes to our support team to reflect the broad roles they play within our business.
Our experienced administration team provide a primary point of contact for our clients and support to our expanding group of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs). To highlight this, from May we will be updating the role of Administrator to become Client Services Associate within our Client Services team.
The shift to Client Services recognises the important role the team plays in supporting our clients. It will help to emphasise the importance of client interaction and reinforces our continued focus on client on service and satisfaction.
Head of Advice, Joe McGovern comments: “As a Board, along with feedback from the team, we felt that the Administrator job title no longer reflective of the client focused approach that we foster at MPA. It didn’t encompass the pivotal role that our support team play in providing exceptional service to ensure our clients’ needs are met. We have, therefore, made the decision to change the current job title of Administrator to Client Services Associate.
“The support role itself remains unchanged and there will be no change to main points of contact for day-to-day activities. We hope our clients will only see positive changes as we further develop our client communications and client/adviser support over the coming months to further enhance our wealth management and financial planning advice.”
